Sun-powered Solutions
Smile Again has revolutionized plastic waste management by harnessing West-Africa's abundant sun energy to transform non-recyclable plastic into building blocks for schools and community buildings. We believe every bit of plastic should be picked up, not left to harm our environment. Some plastics are tough to recycle, therefor we have developed a sun powered technology to melt non-recycable plastic waste into useful bricks. Our vision is to spread this solar-powered waste-to-brick solution worldwide, especially in regions lacking waste management. In doing so, we aim to encapsulate plastic waste as durable building blocks for tomorrow, eliminating the need for energy-intensive systems and significantly reducing carbon footprints.

Turning Sunlight into Building Blocks
Harness the power of sunlight with our innovative technology. We're converting 'non-recyclable' plastic waste into robust building blocks in an eco-friendly way.
🔜 Under Development: An enhanced 22.5 m² solar mirror that produces 20 building blocks (10kg each) every hour, one brick every three minutes, with an advanced sun-tracking mechanism for optimal efficiency.
Unique, innovative method, first of its kind globally.
Uses curved reflective aluminum plates to amplify sunlight up to 5x.
Achieves 160-170°C – hot enough to melt plastic.
Innovative "shoebox on wheels" molds melt the plastic seamlessly.
